Thetraveljunkie.org – Returning to Bandung was pretty special – but I have to say, the Harris Festival Citylink Bandung was unforgettable.
Located at Jalan Peta No. 241, only 5 minutes drive from Pasir Koja Toll Gate. The hotel is connected to the Festival Citylink Mall which offer you a huge variety of shopping and culinary options.
What was the hotel decor style? We arrived in the afternoon, so the staff actually knew our names, which made for a very nice welcome.
How quick and efficient was the hotel check-in? Well, extremely efficient as stated before. We just signed everything and provided our card details.
Did I feel genuinely welcomed by the hotel staff? In all honesty, the staff were exceptional – and that is what made this stay so healty lifestyle.
Wifi – was I told anything about it? Was there a charge? Wifi was complementary throughout the hotel.
First impressions – décor, size and wow factor? my room was so Harris, modern-minimalist, simple and cozy.
And I had a welcome amenity and a note from the GM.
The bed – was indeed wonderful and incredibly confortable, as expected.
Tea and coffee-making facilities? Yes. We did not use.
Free bottled water? Of course, and changed daily.
Power sockets in useful places – we have more and more devices and we know where we want them! By the bed, by the working area. Oh yes, I had plenty of sockets on my side of the bed.
The bathroom – was very minimalist-clean up and had everything I needed.
Towels – yes, please! How many and how soft and lovely? Very very good.
Toiletries – own brand, super brand, baby ones or proper ones? I shall find out! The toiletries were from own brand. The shower gel was nice.
Amenity kit – We had everything we needed.
Hairdryer – is it a human one, or just something stuck to a wall that only makes noise? I did not use it on this occasion, but it seemed proper.
Breakfast – We loved the breakfast room, we had a delicious breakfast with great choices.
Would I recommend it to my best friend? Absolutely.
Would I stay again? Without a doubt.
