Thetraveljunkie.org – On today’s post we visit a restaurant at Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo, Solo. We came across it while shooting our last video for Glamour in Wonogiri. We are very special when it comes to Javanese food since one of us does tolerate sweet food. Now, We know where to head in Solo when we fancy Gudeg Solo and Sop Buntut Laweyan for dinner!
I ordered a Gudeg Solo – traditional food from Solo served with steamed rice, tofu, marinated chicken, egg and traditional krecek. And, watermelon juice.
And my friend ordered a Sop Buntut Laweyan – Oxtail soup braised or fried served with steamed rice. And Strawberry juice.
