Domaine Chandon Wine Tour and Tasting, Yarra Valley – Victoria – The Yarra Valley is the birthplace of Victoria’s wine industry with the first vines being planted in 1838, and is now home to over 80 wineries.

I had the honour and pleasure of being invited to the Domaine Chandon wine tour and tasting at Yarra Valley, VictoriaAustralia.

I had always wanted to visit this winery. A dream of mine came true!

Domaine Chandon, established by French Champagne house Moet & Chandon in 1986, is dedicated to the production of premium methode traditionnelle sparkling wine and cool climate still wines.

Located only one hour from the centre of Melbourne, Domaine Chandon offers spectacular views and a unique winery experience combining great wine, delicious food and a glimpse into the art of winemaking.

Domaine Chandon is proud to produce the most sophisticated range of sparkling wine in Australia ranging from crisp aperitif styles to elegant roses, cellar door only releases and luscious cuvees.

Each wine is crafted using the traditional method to ensure exceptional quality across the entire range.

Domaine Chandon also crafts a rich portfolio of still wines ranging from fresh, aromatic whites through to the powerful and seductive reds.

Splash tastings of a selection of still and sparkling wines can be found at Tasting Bar while the Greenpoint Bar offers premium tastings, wine by the glass and Chandon cocktails to be enjoyed along with stunning views.

The Greenpoint Brasserie is the place to dine, with a diverse menu including a range of platters and exquisite dishes designed to be shared along with wines.

A big thank you Tourism Victoria, Tourism Australia, my readers, for following and supporting me on this journey!
