finale of australian outback spectacular.

Traveljunkieindonesia.com – I first heard of this place through a good friend of mine who says it’s one of Australia’s favourite dinner show.

A mouthwatering and tantalizing array of Aussie food will make up the delicious dinner you will be served during Australian Outback Spectacular!

On the road, I played a song ‘I Love It’ by Icona Pop. It’s a chilly spring’s night and we went to Australian Outback Spectacular dinner show has launched a new production celebrating Phar Lap and the spirit of the horse. So this was something different for me.

A little later, my mains arrived. It was the Bonza BBQ, an eye fillet steak with rich gravy, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables.

The presentation was simply and extraordinary.

Ooh my. I really enjoyed it.

Lastly, it’s finished off – Drover’s Pavlova, traditionally baked Pavlova served with Queensland berries and country cream and Bush Billy Tea. It was goooood. It was so soft, moist, sweet, light and fresh.

Woohoo.. and, also be served a choice of either beer, wine or soft drink throughout the show. For the Australian Outback Specktacular show, I’ll sharing on the next post.

Overall, I thought the food was AAAAWESOME. A really good night out, my friend and I had a lovely time. Fantastic entertainment, amazing food, and friendly staff.

Here, I felt like an Australian. Try it and tell me what you think.

A big thank you to Garuda Indonesia, Queensland Government, Visit Gold Coast, Lady Elliot Island, Tourism and Events Queensland, and Tourism Australia.
