Traveljunkieindonesia.com – I ate one of the best soups of my life in Makassar, South Sulawesi.

The other day, my friends and I took a special lunch part II at Warung Pallu Basa (Palbas) Serigala, Makassar.

I’ve read so many positive and negative reviews about this place, I thought it was a good opportunity to check it out with them.

From the outside, it looked unassuming, boring and plain.

Nothing special a step inside this and that. I know this is only a warung. But, you know what? this warung is very very crowded and super hot!

The space was small and lots of long seating.

We arrived at 3pm. It was super busy or very noisy. The waitsaff were friendly, and very welcome when I took some photos and videos.

I ordered the mix of Pallu Basa Serigala plus plus, a culinary identity of South Sulawesi.

The soup is rich mix beef, contains grated coconut and perfectly balanced taste.

I added sweet ketchup, chili to the bowl, and make my stomach very happy.

As the picture shows, the food was delicious and great.

I ate a lot of soup in Makassar. This city has a lot of soups to try, and I’m trying them all.
