First impressions, the room 517 was very nice. I can’t fault it in any way. The decor has been updated recently and we had everything we needed. Everything was absolutely fine. We had a great view too!
The room feature two plush new double Gold Series Collection beds; Italian designed Europa sofa beds (allowing for up to 3 adults in each room), digital LCD TV’s with internet and movies on demand (charges apply).
WiFi is not free at all WaterMark hotel & Spa. More detail please visit reception to purchase a WiFi voucher.
The bed was lovely and comfortable. I had some lovely and much-needed sleep.
Mmm coffee and tea, available for those who want some and Magazine selection, had some nice surprises and doesn’t happen often enough! Nothing special this time around.
Power sockets in useful places – we have more and more devices and we know where we want them! By the bed, by the working area. We didn’t have a problem charging our devices, and even found a plug by the bed, which is always a nice bonus.
The bathroom wasn’t huge, but was very well-appointed. We had a bath and a shower, which was quite good.
Towels – yes, please! How many and how soft and lovely? Plenty and actually lovely.
Toiletries – own brand, super brand, baby ones or proper ones? I shall find out! I adored Amenita bathroom products. They smelled amazing. Sizes weren’t large.
There was a proper hairdryer which I didn’t use.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at WaterMark Gold Coast and I would recommend it to my readers without a doubt.
Would I stay again? Yesssss, without a doubt.
