Afternoons in Bredängs, Stockholm

Thetraveljunkie.org – We spent a glorious afternoon around Bredängs lake in Stockholm. I’m cruising down a small country road, surrounded by a tunnels of trees. We walked up and down the lake. I’m sitting at a jetty with my favourite travel buddy. We are laughing and singing and my heart glows — All the heartaches from the past, all the stress and sadness, melts away, and what is left is this glorious picture of the now —

The now. It sparkles with a vibrant clarity! It brightens and shines all around me, begging for me to revel in it!

Two beautiful faces. Two voices. Two crazy smiles. If only I could freeze this moment, capture this everything, just like this, and keep it forever.

And we watched the sun set at the hill.
