Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak For A Sportier Life – I’ve dedicated the month of December to getting fit again. I think, honestly, I just needed a little spark of inspiration to get me going.

Instead of working on my arms, or core, or legs, or butt… I decided that I was just going to do my own thing, my own way. It was a nice idea. It seemed to work for me, and now I’m inspired, motivated and feeling a bit excited for this month.

In Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak life, I’m going to try to do some kind of vigorous exercise days.

The other day I set my alarm for 5.30am, my plan was to go for a run. This morning it went off, I woke up and I felt so bad.

I was literally cursing the world, I needed more sleep, and felt like zombie. What a cheery way to greet the day huh?! I felt achy, I had stiff muscles, sore legs, my neck and shoulders were stiff. I switched my alarm off and went back to wonderful bed! Haha!

Ergh, but I felt so guilty. So I got up at 6am, got into my running gear, drank some water and just went to fitness centre. I still felt stiff and sore AND I felt gross for not brushing my teeth. I was in such a foul mood.

But hey, I did it. I ran 5kms and yes, I felt awesome after that!

And, my next targets: 6km run, 18km bike ride, strength and floor exercises, 3km run, yoga in the evening, slow 5km bike ride, 2km swim, etc.

Look out December, I’m going to blitz it!
