Thetraveljunkie.org – This dish might not be to everyone’s taste on a morning, and it’s also a breakfast with many components—rice, grilled fish or chicken, miso soup, tofu with soy, soba noodles, and a Japanese-style omelette—and some relatively obscure ingredients. Having said that, this is as clean, wholesome and nutritious as breakfast gets, so if anything is going to make you feel better it may well be this.
We love traditional Japanese food. And the other day, bojoku cooked up a Japanese food for breakfast. Steam rice, grilled chicken, miso soup, tofu with soy, spinach, zaru soba noodles, and a Japanese-style omelette. I was soooo excited! It was absolutely delicious, warming, hearty, rich and comforting.
Either way, this was the perfect way to start the day!
