I had to say “YES YES YES!” when Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam invited me to visit the Loy Krathong Festival (Thaland’s Festival of Light) on the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok – Thailand.
I know I’ve been to Thailand a number of times but I’ve always wanted to go the Thailand-speaking side to brush up on my beginner Thai skills.
Never did I imagine that we would ‘run our hands’ through the dark river at night.

Fantastic Bangkok city light, gold of temples, glorious, tropical weather, good food, good music, lots of friendly people and wonderful the Loy Krathong Festival.
I had lots of fun nonetheless.

Our amazing cruise, was designed modern, simply, and luxury.
The food on the cruise was beyond.

Ooooooh I was so happy with the lanterns flying up in the air, temples, the riverfire show, live music from good singers and band, and romantic full moon.
It was a crazy perfect day.
It was definitely a fantastic experience that was totally worth it!
