The Sebel Pier One Sydney was, without a doubt, a great find and a remodelled Federation-era building with 160 stylish guestrooms and elegant suites.
Located on the waterfront, built on and over the harbour, which is isn’t far from the dining and entertaiment precinct of the Rocks, birthplace of European settlement in Sydney.

The Sebel Pier One Sydney has a very smart exterior and the lobby is quite compact. It looks modern and welcoming.
First impressions, my room 346 wasn’t huge, quite compact indeed, but had everything I needed. Modern decor and light colours. Everything was absolutely fine. We had a great view too!
Amazing! had the standard welcome letter from the management team, Destination NSW, and Garuda Indonesia. I loved this little touch.
The bed was great, comfortable and huge. Possibly one of the best beds I have ever slept in. Seriously comfortable and the pillows were incredible.

Mmm coffee and tea, available for those who want some and an impressive selection of naughty snacks for purchase. It worth mentioning how well displayed there were – and how tempting!
Magazine selection – had some nice surprises and doesn’t happen often enough! It was very good – all in Australian English.
Power sockets in useful place, we have more and more devices and we know where we want them! By teh bed, by the working area. Not too bad which is always good.

The bathroom was good, with great lighting and was very spacious. It was always nice. I was seriously impressed as I wasn’t expecting it. I really liked the bathroom – very simple and beige, but very tasteful.
Ooh Towels, they were lovely, soft and lots of them.
I absolutely loved the Appelles toiletries, a brand I love and certified organic ingredients. Always trying to save the environment, good old me!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Sebel Pier One Sydney and have no problem recommending it. I would recommend it to my readers without a doubt.
Would I stay again? I loved going back to the Sebel Pier One Sydney every day. I really felt like home!
The Sebel Pier One Sydney was really nice surprise. I had a great night in and really enjoyed it. The hospitality were outstanding throughout my whole stay.
