Thainess Lunch at Inn-Chan Restaurant, Nakhon Pathom – Thailand

Thetraveljunkie.org – While we were in Sampran Riverside, some friends took me to Inn-Chan Restaurant for Thainess lunch.

It’s a very pretty place. The interior, furniture, decor, indoor setting and in-keeping with the whole cool, hippy vibe.

Began in 1964 and since then has remained loyal to Thai traditional cooking techniques using local fresh ingredients.

Here is an opportunity to experience traditionally prepared Thai fine dining by the scenic Ta Chin River.

And here’s what we ate:

Fresh young kale leave with local exotic condiments.

Massaman curry with chicken.

Deep-fried fish sauce marinated ‘Mahachai’ sea bass.

Stir-fried Organic morning glory with oyster sauce.

Steamed jasmine or whole meal rice.

Seasonal fresh fruits and assorted Thai desserts.

Overall, they were amazing and tasted very Thailand. I loved the flavours and everything about it.

Personally, I loved fresh young kale leave with local exotic condiments. It was wonderful. It was so light, fresh, soft, moist, great and Thai.

And, I ordered a classic ice coffee – and it was divine. It was a really well made coffee, I was impressed.

The atmosphere was great, the portions were good and food was tasty, so I would definitely take my parents and family here for a nice homey Thainess meal.

Inn Chan Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11am to 15pm and only on weekends for dinner from 17pm to 22pm.
