Thetraveljunkie.org – We left our hotel at 7AM and we got the slow boat cruise to see one of Luang Prabang’s most special spots: the Xanghai Village. We got lost in its little streets and took these photos on our morning off. We loved walking around, tucking into homemade textile. It was the best way to a nice leisurely walk because there was no wifi!
The walk is long but it’s definitely one that you will not forget. There a lot of traditional shops which will make the walk much more bearable. Here are the photos that we took in Xanghai Village if you want to see more, it’s one of our favourites to date in Laos!
Just a note, Snake and Scorpion wine to avoid for travelers in Laos.
